According to findings of foreign research I read on newspaper some time ago, students of 全男校/女校 generally can achieve better academic results than 男女校 (for reasons somewhat like better learning atmosphere and communication). For social ability/skills it's the other way round.
* In HK a lot of renown top schools are either 全男校/女校.
