I went to submit the application this morning.  St. Paul Boys won't accept any portfolio.  Besides the application form,report cards,birth certificate, they only accept maximum 5 pages of extra-curricular activities/awards/school head's letter(as what it listed on the "notice to parents").  I saw a parent who try to submit a very thin file with just a few pages, she was told to take out 5 pages from the file.  They will run through the certs you bring and ask you to take out the extra one.  The school will give each applicant a receipt(for the application fees) and a notice stating that a written invitation for a meeting should reach the applicant on or before 30th September.  The meeting will be held in October or November.

Beside Report Card, my son's school also had a progress Evaluation Report.  Do they accept ?

Not really, I arrived at around 8:45a.m. this morning and there were only a few people in front of me.  They will issue a ticket with a number on it to everyone, we lined up there till 9:00a.m. and went upstair to the hall to submit the application one by one.

My son came back from school with a bag load of info from St Paul's College, including its newsletter, application form and the CD rom prospectus. Just as well as I could not download the prospectus from the school's website at all.
