我個b好早就睇啦! 不知幾喜愛(凈係喜愛個幾隻), 未係幾曉講野時已成日睇, 而家睇"續集(advanced)". 2.5 yrs 前識晒a to z, 返k-1前之時已經曉用eng短句(好多係cd內口既strips)!

唔使一定要貴gei! 又唔使一定係hk 買lei!

It's not worthy for you to buy the HK verison.
You can buy the Singapore version insteads.

But don't expect too much. Personally, I think learning English in a playgroup is better than watching TV.

我買咗Hong Kong version 既, 但我覺得睇英文台都O.K., 唔駛一定買Disney 嗰套, 當你BB 長時期浸係一個英語的環境已經可以講得好好, 同埋你一定要比心機引導佢.

I bought the English version. My daughter can say and recognise A-Z months before.  She is now 23 months.

totally agree!  If using it at baby's early months, it really helps and speaks English very early.

我只係買左其它公司phonics vcd 俾阿仔睇,
價錢係2佰幾,阿仔歲半己識曬大細楷a to z,
22個月己唱abc song..so 唔係貴就一定好law

我個仔而家15個半月，己認得大細楷A-Z，識讀既亦有16個，但我覺得佢主要係睇phonics kids學識既！

我買的原因是自己沒有時間在市面上找合適的教材或自製教材.
我主要比小朋友聽多於睇,仔仔比較喜歡做工作紙和畫畫,因此2.5yrs.old就開始做activity book (listen to the CDs and complete the activity book).囡囡自小就喜歡聽歌和玩字咭 (playmate).這些都是最好在K1前用的,因為上了K1後,學校以經有許多教材可以用.而且沒有那麼多時間玩activity book.我認識很多朋友只放dvd,連activity book一頁也未做過,實在很浪費金錢.

其實小朋友有著英語環境,就能講得好.不要覺得這教材有什麼天下無敵.

我亞仔五個月開始睇, 睇到而家八個多月. 係我賠睇之下, 有有以下意見, 如果你諗住佢自己獨自睇就唔好買啦, 因為真係要父母任何一方參與.

i think it's not worth. I think it's too expensive. If you kid is a kind of "Explorer" , which I think most kids are, you better give her chances to expose to different simulation for learning English ( & even learning anything) That's the most effective & funful way kids should learn.

my friend lent some of it's DVD for me to show to my kid but she's totally has no interest at all. she enjoyed watching Barney & Sesame Street's prgrammes. She can recognise all 26 letters & 1-10 when she's about 15 months.  She's now 25 months & can understand a story told in English & loves to talk in English very much. She can sing most of the songs she heard in Barney's programmes.
DWE is not the only way to learn English.

迪士尼美語有無用？好睇父母有無時間一齊睇，無人根進就一定無用，唔好以為公公婆婆可以同BB一齊睇，除非佢地都會英文！

貴唔貴就真係睇你自己。

值唔值就見人見智，我就覺得對BB有用，但係太貴！唔係太值。

大家有無好的phonics教材介紹？
