位置Stratford 近地鐵站，2分鐘到. －年新樓，不包bills包網，每人每月大概£1700租金，租期－年，2b2b. 樓下有大商超市，馬莎，附近也有中超、銀行.

2房8百幾尺，其中一間是套房，間屋有2個廁所，租期為一年，租期約9月頭一個或第二個星期開始.

我女喜歡交通方便，係大站有幾條地鐵線，樓下有大型商場和附近幾間超市，包括中超，因為約3分鐘可從地鐵返到屋企門口，好過行去附近有個屋苑約10分鐘才到，租金平唔多，但英國大部分時間比較早天黑，咁樣安全d，我女話再行超過15分鐘近另一個地鐵站，都係屬於Stratford 的另一邊，嗰邊治安比較差. 另外coppermaker 香港飛返英國落機坐地鐵不用轉車，好方便.再之前我女租咗間學生宿舍勁差，個廁所經常去唔到水，叫維修又成日唔整，阿女成日洗唔到頭，頭皮都出血，因為宿舍d人不同時間煮野食，－煮食個sensor感到熱個警鐘就成日響. 或者你有無那里可介紹一下，我急住想快落實.

我女希望畫量買野可在屋企附近不用坐車，她好少叫外賣，想租3年內新樓，佢哋網上d相同真係睇現樓可爭好遠，我女舊年住過 coppermaker 可以的,先想今年住返.

我屋企人都有大學生租客今年七月走，Whitechapel 站對面，屋苑對面有超市 superstore, ， 新Elizabeth line 對面, heathrow direct to whitchapel.

屋宛有24小時管理團隊，門囗有2個保安24小時坐係度，入building 有電子咭鎖，非常安全。有 gym, cinema room，business center, terrace garden etc

一房近五百呎單位，有好大儲物房。對內園花園

有地熱，有露台，屋苑落成2年，好新。屋苑唔用 gas, 用中央熱水系統，唔怕漏煤氣。

£2200 一個月

但我早兩個月響嗰頭住過幾日酒店，Westfield 旁邊好幾幢apartments 差唔多起好，我見rightmove都已經有好多E20新樓租盤招緊租，佢有冇問過呀？

有問過，有3座是去年入伙，1座剛招租，我女影比我見有座未起好，還有無我唔知，我想租studio或夾租多d，新的－座studio已無，我知一房還有都多，但一個學生住太貴. 去年約£3400，二人夾租雖然不平，但如租studio已比多成£500至£600，我知嗰頭有學生宿舍，也近地鐵，平唔少，但見到d評語就真係唔敢租.
