是的，政府指明一定是这些学校的毕业生才有资格享受申请优惠。即使是香港和中国的大学，也只是少数。

原來百強大學有超過100間，單係美國大學已佔50+間。

相信是在任何一个4大排名榜Top100出现过，又入到政府法眼的学校，所以总数超过100间。而且，我怀疑这些学校好像都是科研比较强的学校。

所以即使大家对d乜乜u rankings 冇自己睇法, 但制度化後(如大家包括不同国家)乜默認後, 它此终有全在价值.

(HK得一間未算其, Australia也只得一間...)

當地大學畢業歸 Graduate visa

https://www.gov.uk/high-potential-individual-visa/eligibility

UK universities are not eligible. If you’re already in the UK on a student visa you may be able to apply for a Graduate visa.

https://www.gov.uk/graduate-visa

The course you studied

To be eligible for a Graduate visa, you need to have successfully completed the course you took with your current Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa.
Whether you can apply will also depend on:

the education provider for your course, for example your university or college

the kind of course you took

how long you studied in the UK for

······

最近有個朋友嘅兒子係英國Kings College 讀法律，然後返香港讀PCLL，在香港做咗兩年多實習及工作，最近去咗倫敦。

他沒有BNO，但6個星期搵到工，十一月初開工，我唔知他是申請什麼工作簽證。

以你經驗，會是那類簽證？
