剛再看一次有关你描述見客情況.

我做贸易.既見客.也見工廠.
工廠評估.由小事.大事. 甚至老闆.管理的態度.


曾經跟下屬講過.入工廠什麼都可以不看.
跟老闆.廠長.組長聊一下.便了解工廠的可信性.

易經老師曾仕強教授說過. 老闆(客戶)討厭沒用的員工/.也不愛自作聰明. 更擔心比自己叻的.
最愛的. 總是比自己差少少. (可能係pretend)

你客戶對你問的問題.
可能是想了解你的想法.

一如我自己一個設計.甚至理念.
我跟同事分享. 某一些有利益關係的.
我都註明. 某部份不可跟工廠說明.

根據加洲勞動部門資料顯示，蘋果在三月底單在加洲裁員614人，因為只是加州有相關法例要公報裁員人數，其他州不需要。

裁員職位是之前屬於Project Titan ，10年前開始的無人駕駛電動車計划，今次主要被裁的是汽車硬體工程師及設計師，其余則作內部調動。

都贊成，雖然前線Banker點都要明白得到複雜的產品，如何運作，同時可以將複雜簡單化推銷俾客，但其他學識對認識客戶和targets的公司運作行有幫助、traders 有時要structure一些很複雜的trades，真的需要creativity, think outside the box。
而後勤當然需要一些基本會計數學risk,IT,finance,compliance等知識. AI出來的結果都要人去明白，分析，理解。
請人時如果見到candidates （especially junior) major非金融相關的科目，但同時有經驗/牌/比(emoji)等證明有少少相關金融、市場知識，都會吸睛，亦會考慮俾機會見下不同background的。但最後當然是面試表現最重要。
