Prof Brian Bell told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “Most universities for most courses lose money on teaching British students and offset that loss by charging more for international students. If you close down the international route I’m not sure how the university continues to survive.”

英國教育事業係養住好大棚人的一個大產業，禁了海外大水喉，到時可能D大學要學D私立中學咁，借個名去亞洲開分校，廣州牛津大學，不過大陸唔比用呢招了，又或者去印度開

只係B5，overseas students都已有五十几%，如小收10%，domestic free可能要20k per year...

其實而家已經要9800，加上住宿都要預10K，讀大學一年等於要20萬港幣，我覺得好多英國local學生已經未必可以負擔到，真系無再加價空間。唔明英國點解要批留學生家屬簽證，淨系一個留學生其實系賺好多錢，好過2個遊客。

我估好快就加international students 學費，既可補貼local student 和大學，又可証明為減低移民人口做咗野。一係就狂加dependent 嘅Visa fee，因為英國政府嚴重缺水
