多謝提供補充資料。

咦，英國分2年3年，以往英國申請工作簽證，通常3年，再續就會給你居民資格。博士跟現有機制，2年就可能再2年⋯可以續，可以唔續。

日本係計分，可能不同學位應該有計分差異？

我計咗3個計分類別，學歷30，經驗20，工資40，有90分，如果有公司贊助有10，夠100分，超過基本上的70分。

后記

海外專業 5分，海外大學 10分，變成115分。

看完第二條link，是清單（一覽表）多過排名，用字母排出來。

香港五間都係有工程，理科，科技及管理，其他四間較吃虧在政府的定位。

你點出咗一個重點，日本對29歲以下年齢層最高分15分。而且年齡29歲以下配工資一千萬丹以上，工資分數已經擴大到40分，很典型吸納年輕人。

我又替阿仔計一計個分數。

學士10分，中大又10分，經驗10分，工資年齡組合40分，年齡15分，海外專業資格 5分，投資相關行業10分。有100分，第二年可以申請PR。

跟CEO分享个link，佢话阿仔去日本吃喝玩乐可以，一定唔会去日本工作，工时太长，人工唔高，有在四大做核数的感觉。

好多野真实係個制度問題

返而依家ｄ巨大IT公司, 开始唔大重事你边道畢業, 什致唔care你有冇讀过大學.

身边例子, 有日有個developer特然收到Google HQ recruitment team email, 問佢有冇興趣join 佢地, 如果有, 就arrange 幾個online tests比佢, 如果OK, 就arrange佢見hiring manager.

估計係佢最近assign比佢個task involve左好多AI野,佢要google好多論文泥睇, 咁好彩剛剛google要哩個topic既人.

HR team 搵人好求奇，因為佢地都要跑數IT 公司班 HR 好多連職位要求都睇唔明就求其叫人去試下先
