My daughter has been using VERIZON , 可以信用卡充值   

因為阿女開account 時未夠18歲，所以係用uncle’s credit card 開戶，每月扣 USD40  , a good plan for her everyday texting. 有 email 提醒有回贈 but we didn’t check details.
