個性使然，你我的孩子 burnout 的機會好微，但我親眼見過「有為家長」，孩子小學測驗拿8x分當場喊出來的。不止一個。我覺得呢啲小朋友唔單止burn out風險高，仲可能有焦慮症。

我都有見過，亦有勸過，功效不大，大吉利事，除非出事⋯⋯

如果家長，孩子知道有second chance，alternative routes，迂迴曲折一些，可能會好d。

這是缺乏「信念」的問題。不是不知道，而是害怕自己沒有運氣獲得second chance, alternative route 。因此必須馬立，立即，即時，得到滿意的結果，否則全家以後便沒法過日子了。
過來人多說自己的經驗，講好養育的小故事，孩子跌跌撞撞的發展，必然能為後輩家長帶來正能量。

如果有個first degree, 轉讀其他科好易.
Accounting: MSc in Accounting
Computing: MSc in Computer Science
Data Science: MSc in Data Science
Law: JD, PGD in Law, MA in Law (Conversion)
Psychology: MSc in Psychology
Translation: MA in Translation

所以我會講成功及跌倒的經驗，太正面，太負面都會令人誤解及卻步，因為太不真實了！

我同意不少人及家長缺乏「信念」，我們家庭好一點，因為我們有信望愛的信仰基礎，神會作最好的預備，很多時祂給我们的，超出我們所想所求！

我們也不用等兒子養才可以開飯，不做啃老族就可以。他只要自己開心，照顧好自己，能夠懂得感恩，有餘力關心及幫助其他人，我就非常欣慰。

多謝資訊。我想講嘅係更低學歷的，例如HD，AD也可以慢慢爬上去。我個人都是HD上doctor，歷時三十年。

最初達不到某些行業，工作，專業的要求，可能難行一點，但都有其他途徑。

我在另一個帖提過，兒子發現他的second chances 通常比first chances更適合他，有更好的發展，所以有感而發。

亞洲父母都想孩子是學術尖子，這個最好不過，可以理解。但係大部份人不是學術尖子，也可以有很好的人生。

緊張是常情，問題係有啲父母過咗龍，傷害緊個小朋友而不自知。

一個年輕人要好有恆心毅力，加上錢，才能讀上去改變自己。
內地的內卷到後來躺平，香港也似乎一樣見到。

冇咁誇張？香港又唔係台灣。


香港約有四成學生有資助學位，加埋啲自資學位，外國留學生，有六七成唔出奇，九成就真係誇張。

我話我中學同學而家90%有degree. 我部門得幾個人，3個係poly同學，有degree/master，以前都係工業學院diploma畢業.
我仔同學都應該有8/90%有degree

Sorry 我搞錯，年紀有返咁上下嘅前輩中，中學同學中90%有學位，都好高。你可能後生啲。

我中學同學有degree比率大過City HD同學。不過City無degree同學, 發展好似好過有degree. 無degree果啲好多無係technical發展.
