Cancellation of G7 Admission Interviews (2022-2023)

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we regret to inform you that the G7 admission interviews will be cancelled to safeguard the health of teachers, parents, and students by reducing face-to-face contact. Please note that the admission criteria for the academic year 2022-2023 have been amended as follows:

Criteria for the selection of Grade 7 (Form 1) boys Weighting

Academic results 70%

Extracurricular achievements 25%

Others (e.g. father, brother are old boys, brother studying in DBS) 5%

Under the new selection criteria, the school has selected applicants based on their academic performance from Primary 4-6 and achievements in extracurricular activities. In addition to the weighted criteria, the school has taken into consideration the applicants' conduct. Applicants will only be accepted if their conduct and records of behaviour are satisfactory.

Should conditions allow, we may invite applicants on the waiting list to attend an interview in July for the second-round admissions.

朋友仔有特異功能小五升小六的暑假已經有offer, general applicant 真係用面試個分數入相對真係少

其實一向男拔要收的 target 學生，早已在 early bird 、二月或之前已經差不多收哂( 你入左 GA 表後，你係佢 target 嘅話，二月前已 call 左 in ) ，3月 GA 的 interview 每年只是做樣， GA 所收的小之又小，( 你們可翻閱所有 DBS 的舊帖，GA 後會出黎報喜的人極少，大多數是問幾時出 result，望到頸長。同其他學校GA 後會紛紛報喜極不同) ，所以有 GA interview 同冇 GA 差別不大。
