請問香港返英國，在英時已打兩針，是否book政府社區出行檢查就可以？跟住book英國Day 0~2 test kit，正確嗎？Day 0~2 test kit，是否到英國後在機場做？不用在機場等報告？

Vaccine or not is not a condition for entry as HK is a green list countries.

My son used the test provided by community hall. Just tell the staff there it’s for travel and bring along the passport. If you make appointment, there is a section to indicate whether for travel. Click in and fill in the required information which will be shown on the test report.

Regarding the day 2 test, there are various ways to do. You can do the swap test at home and post back. You can go to any Center to do there. If you  have an address in UK for getting the kit, you can order delivery there in advance, return by post after taking the sample.  

The most important part is to order in advance as you need the booking reference. This is required to fill in the Passenger Locator Form, within 48hrs prior to arrival.
