Yes and it depends on your random number.

I received a standard acknowledgement email that says interview will be between Dec and Feb.

"You will receive an email in the next few weeks informing you of the possibility of an interview at an ESF International Kindergarten, as part of the ESF K1 admissions process. Interviews are scheduled to take place from December 2021 - February 2022."

I received the email on Monday. No specific information, just confirmation that the application was received, and some general information about the admissions process. I don't think they will tell us our random number.

Yes there definitely is chance BUT it depends on your luck (i.e. random number), how popular is the campus you applied for, how much quota they have left for non-foreign passport holders across ESF, etc.
