請問之前幾年有沒有類似的調查?
是否意味著, ESF 有機會開始考慮中文教學由簡體變成繁體呢?

有機會, 起碼可以加個繁體stream，因為現在主要是local 家長，繁體可吸引他們。

ESF 個message 係話 “in addition to our simplified provision”, 應該唔會全部轉曬, 如果有得揀都好，但佢好似問緊係類似extracurricular嘅 option.

不應該全部轉晒繁體，外國人未必想學繁體的。

其實RC 都用緊繁體和簡體教學, 看學生中文程度而定,
大多本地生都可以用繁體學中文. 外國人就用簡體學中文.
有的選擇就好, 始終香港地方是用繁體,將來會方便小朋友做野.

Students who are learning Chineseas a secondary language, on the other hand, use teaching materials in thesimplified form.Teachers allow students to use the simplified and the traditional form in aChinese class. In Chinese examinations for Diploma courses, texts of bothsimplified and traditional forms are available, and response in both forms areaccepted.It’s written in RCHK Language Policy that we teach “Chinese (Putonghua)”.This means, in a RCHK Chinese classroom, students learn Modern StandardChinese, and the standard use of vocabulary and grammatical structure;students learn Putonghua as the standard phonology of Modern StandardChinese.
