UCM only has Kindermusik classes for 1 year olds. (kindermusik is a standard program...look it up if you are not sure what it is). So the sessions are rather short and don't have messy play, free play, exercising, etc. that most playgroups have.
Little Habs: Very well-prepared teaching materials and lesson plans. Focus on sensory play and language development. However they have suspended classes since December due to Covid.
Zenith: Heard mixed reviews from friends. Teacher quality seems inconsistent as they do hire native English speakers who lack teaching experience/training.
YCIS: Playgroup is bilingual, Cantonese/English...I heard they focus a lot on free play with caretaker/parent, with occasional interaction with the teacher and very little group activities. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong)
Shichida: No idea except I heard that they use flash cards.
