To me, Downe House, Benenden and SMC are quite similar. Downe House and SMC are slightly more academic (than Benenden), Downe House and Benenden are bigger (around 550 girls) than SMC (around (360 girls). Pastoral care of SMC and Benenden are good (I don't know much about Downe House in this regard). Downe House and Benenden are more "posh", where SMC is more down to earth. Benenden is 100% full boarding (with day boarders starting from 2021), Downe House more than 90%, and SMC more than 80%. But don't worry, SMC has a lot of weekend activities and the girls are very busy. Hope this helps.
