The Application Form, together with ALL the above listed items must be received in ONE SUBMISSION between 15 October and 16 November 2020. Should you receive your ‘Primary 6 Mid-year School Report’ and ‘Primary 6 Student Record Form’ after 16 November 2020, you must submit them as soon as possible. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained. APPLICATIONS MUST BE SENT BY POST and they will be processed with reference to their postmarks.



咁星期日，郵政局休息，得星期一可以去。

但又寫明“16日要received ”

唔可以直接交學校？

前幾年都係親自交去更亭，放入箱內。
多年來報過多間，必定親身交表，從不郵寄。
