do u mean children under 18 can open the account and apply the debit card but parents need to be the guardian?
or you open the account and issue her the supplementary debit card and you act as her guardian

請問學校的住址証明是由學校發出的bank letter ?或是其他文件。仔現在只知道hall 地址末有room number?

cas嗰份應該ok, 暫時我地都未需要upload地址，不過就要填，冇問room no.
