Call the college office directly.  They will tell you what to do.

Hello all,My son will study in UofT starting this September but taking online courses in HK for this semester.  If your kids are also staying in HK currently, when will your kids plan to fly?  Also, if there are any student support group in HK, such as Alumni?  Just out of curiosity, which is the best way to pay the tuition fee, pay via Canadian HSBC account or TT? For the medical coverage, do you need to purchase an extra insurance plan before the local plan is activated?  Are there any problems encountered by your kids when they first arrived to Toronto?  Looking forward to your sharing!

sorry ar. we decided to stay in HK and turned down UofT offer. We are so reluntant to do so but still we have to

My daughter chose to fly there to live in residence for the first year due to different time zone issue.  She is well taken care of by UT, with arrangement of transportation and hotel for quarantine.
