有關中一自行分配學位申請程序的修訂安排

       由於疫情嚴峻，教育局宣佈全港學校最早於3月16日復課，並由2月8日起，跨境人士需接受14天隔離安排。受上述原因影響及減低學童受感染的風險，本校中一自行分配學位申請程序將作以下修訂︰

(一)       取消面試

原訂於2020年3月21日(六)舉行的面試將會取消，本校將不另作面試安排。

(二)       修改收生準則及比重

由於面試取消，新修訂的收生準則及比重如下︰

學業成績 40%
操行表現 30%
課外活動、服務及獎項 20%
體育、視覺藝術、音樂最佳兩科的成 10%

(三)       延遲通知自行分配學位正取學生名單

根據教育局的指示，本校將於4月7日通過電話，通知正取學生家長其子女已獲納入本校「自行分配學位正取學生名單內」，並會寄發取錄通知書。為保障個人私隱，本校就「正取學生名單」的查詢均不予回應，故請勿致電查詢。

中一自行分配學位的最新安排

鑑於新型冠狀病毒疫情的最新情況，教育局宣布全港學校繼續停課，不早於2020年3月16日（星期一）復課。

受延遲復課的影響，本年度本校的「中一自行分配學位」行政程序需要作出相應調整。原訂的「中一自行分配學位」學生面試將會取消，取錄準則改為按以下四個方面來評定：學業成績（25%）、 操行表現（25%）、獎項（25%）和教育局提供之名次（25%）。

本校以書面及電話通知所有正取學生家長的日期亦會由原訂的2020年3月31日（星期二）順延至2020年4月7日（星期二）。有關的通知安排不包括備取學生，其申請結果將於2020 年 7 月連同中學統一派位時公佈。如有任何查詢，請於辦公時間內致電 26567123 與本校聯絡。

Cancellation of the S1 Discretionary Places Interview

Due to the effect of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Education Bureau has announced that schools would resume classes on 16 March 2020 at the earliest. For the sake of the health of students, the S.1 Discretionary Places interview, originally scheduled on 14 March 2020, has been cancelled. Due to the cancellation, the following four criteria, namely, academic performance in primary schools (30%), rank order provided by EDB (30%), conduct and attitude (10%), applicant’s performance in activities and awards (10%) will be adopted.

The interview for Secondary One Discretionary Places is tentatively arranged to be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 as scheduled. Notification letter and relevant information of the Interview will be sent to parents by mail from Monday, March 2, 2020 onwards.
