2020-2021年度中一自行分配學位收生準則修訂

鑑於新型冠狀病毒疫情暫時仍未有減退跡象，近日更出現一些集體感染個案，為了預防傳染病藉校園傳播，以及保障學生的健康，教育局二月十三日作出決定，全港學校會繼續停課，而且不早於三月十六日復課。受延遲復課影響，本校決定取消原定於2020年3月上旬進行的面試安排。有關收生準則修訂如下：

CANCELLATION OF THE INTERVIEW FOR S1 DISCRETIONARY PLACES 2020/2021

In view of the latest development regarding Novel Coronavirus infections, the interview for S1 Discretionary Places originally scheduled on 22nd February 2020 will be cancelled for the sake of students’ health. Applications will be processed in accordance with the selection criteria below, and successful applicants will be notified by mail and phone as required by the Education Bureau.

中一自行收生面試程序特別安排 - Secondary One Discretionary Place Interview Procedures Special Arrangements

鑑於近日新型冠狀病毒疫情嚴重，為確保同學的健康，是次面試將改為以網上會議–Google Meet平台進行。面試日期維持不變，即於二零二零年二月二十九日（星期六）上午舉行。

本校已於二零二零年二月十日向所有申請人寄出信件交代面試細節。煩請各申請人仔細閱讀信件內容，並於二零二零年二月十四日或之前，將相關資料電郵至[email protected]。另外，請務必查閱是次面試的重要資訊及操作說明。

受延遲復課的影響，教育局早前公佈新通知安排會由原訂的三月三十一日（星期二）順延至四月七日（星期二）。本校會根據指引於二零二零年四月七日以電郵及電話形式通知正取學生的家長。

Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak, we are going to adopt a different interview format this year to ensure the wellbeing of all parties involved. The interview is going to take place in the morning of 29th February 2020 (Saturday) as originally scheduled, but will be conducted through the online conferencing platform Google Meet.

Letters have been sent to all applicants on 10th February 2020 detailing the new interview arrangements. Please read the contents carefully and email the necessary information to [email protected] on or before 14th February 2020. Please also spend some time to refer to our instruction manual and important points to note.

In view of the impact of deferral of class resumption, the Education Bureau has announced an extension of the New Notification Arrangements from 31st March 2020 (Tuesday) to 7th April 2020 (Tuesday). Our school will follow suit and will contact the parents of successful applicants both by email and by phone on 7th April 2020.
