Sorry, one stupid question. Can anyone advise if the first page of application form shows "Submission Status: Submitted" means the application is completed?

I saw from the Notes to Applications (Point 5) that we have to make sure the SUBMIT button is pressed. But I couldn't find any "Submit" button.........
