我見樓上家長回應是,冇要第一個offer 後才收到第二個offer, 據你了解是否可以要完第一個offer, 而第二個或 ... This is true for HKU. For HKU, you can choose up to 5 programs, but the first choice will have right to consider your application first (over the other 4 choices). If your 1st choice accept you (or even put you on waiting), the rest of your choices cannot consider you, therefore would not give you any offer. Only after your 1st choice reject you, the other chosen programs could start consider and accept you. So applicant could have multi offer from their 2-5 choices (but not including 1st choice).
That is what HKU said it their application form
"You may submit an application for up to 5 undergraduate programs at university. With the exception of TOP program choices, all other programs will be considered at equal ranked."
