請問如果讀esf Kindergarten, Year 1 如果number 唔靚，揀既學校都冇位入唔到既話最後會點安排架？會唔會最後都可能會冇esf 既學校收？定係esf 最後點都會安排一間（可能係out-of-zone school) 俾你架？

港島應該唔會有位。因為就算分配完比自己catchment area 既esf kinder 後有餘位的，之後會分左比其他唔係讀esf kinder but 揀果間係1st priority 而又喺catchment area 既applicants! 而且hk island 又多鬼佬，佢地機會又大過local ,所以唔係d人以為港島區咁容易囉！

以現時的理解，Esf kinder priority 係高過其他冇priority 的人，choice 也不會override priority 的重要性。

以現時綜合各方資料，大家在9月central application 時，可以填自己的preference. 當刻各人也未有random number .

但當刻已經要填preference. 假若你只填一間學校，非君不嫁，咁理論上，你黑仔，random number 差，Esf 係冇責任幫你安排另一間學校。

但如果你填preference ，填超過一間，冇論pis 或out of zone 也好，咁random number 差，就會去左不是你first choice 果間，而你係一定要accept or reject 呢個offer , 冇得wait 你first choice.

呢個係我的理解，有錯請指正

在字面上你可以根據esf website 這樣推論。但事實上，據我所知有些港島區esf學校已經一早send 左offers 比non-kinder 既applicants.那麼怎樣解釋為何不等所以esf kinders 都有offer 後才allocate 位比其他non-kinder 考生？：P

因為果d Esf kinder 學生，在central application 時，從來冇填過呢d 港島學校。如果呢d Esf kinder (random number 差), 有填過的話，Esf kinder 學生always 優先過冇priority 的人。

Central application 係9月，所以中央一早有哂數。

Because those non-ESF kindergarten children could be younger siblings of existing students, or their parents are alumni or ESF staff.

Those you are referring to of course hold higher priority than the Esf kinder students. 不過我所講的有offer non-kinder applicants 包括n無人士。所以話如果Esf kinder students 揀既1St priority 同次選都係好popular school 的話，而random number 又差，真係有機會無offer。而可以pass到去間無揀既其他Esf campus 好微，除非有人decline d offers 。所以其實應該揾定其他IS 做backup 穩陣d!

Yes, there are ESF kinder students on SJS reserve list only, while others who chose PIS / out of zone schools already received offers at the end of November last year.

如果心儀SJS & RC, 會唔會再填多個3rd choice 穩陣啲..?
但跌左落3rd choice 就冇得wait SJS / RC,係咪咁呀？（如果我理解錯左請更正）

Sorry, 若你填一間sjs 再搭一間out of zone kjs 都係冇用。

若一間popular foundation school 加一間PIS 或冇咁oversubscribed 的foundation school ，應該都安全

應該唔可以咁填。因為頭三位只可以揀一間in zone嘅foundation school ,其餘兩間一定要揀pis, 到第四位先可以揀區out of zone 嘅foundation school

I take it you know of such cases through personal contacts? But unless you are an ESF staff responsible for admissions, you wouldn't know if those non-ESF kindergarten children accepted are really "n無". Their parents might have bought NR and not told you about it.

This year is the very first year which ESF implements the "one form" system so no one has any experience of it, there is no need to speculate too much.
