Thanks for the sharing indeed!! So does ur little girl speak near native English ? It seems GSIS does look for kids that are well composed ... my little one is very active ... not sure if he will get better when he gets older and perhaps I shouldn’t apply for K1. Did u apply for K1 at GSIS or K2?

唔應該用「級數」形容。一間係 non-selective, 一間係 selective. 好難比。

除咗國際學校嘅學生唔去補習之外，另一個美麗的誤會係以為某校嘅成績好係同該校或者該校嘅老師教學質素有關。其實d老師周圍轉校，又點會有一間學校嘅老師質素明顯好過另一間。好似其他家長指出，主要分別在於 selective / non selective 同埋 class size 嘅分別。好似 GSIS咁，第一係 selective, 加上去到 IB 淨返 40幾人，梗係有著數。就好似煮菜咁，比你揀最好嘅材料，同埋只係煮3圍，梗係容易過無得比你揀材料，同埋叫你煮60圍嫁啦。所以不要誤會入咗去某一間學校之後，會有廚神可以幫你起死回生，又或者粉絲變魚翅，一切最終都係靠學生自己嘅努力。

Esf一級幾多學生，Gsis幾多？Esf最叻果批學生，一定唔够Gsis叻果d勁？行出來比拼，面試争大學、争份工，Gsis一定錬赢Esf學生？

唔係幫Esf，亦唔係覺得Gsis唔好，只係邊有咁簡單。

其實就咁比較，係絶對無意思。 Selective vs non-selective, small school vs large school, single curriculum vs 1+1 curricula。

認識學校特點無問題，但請不要把無謂比較文化帶進國際學校區。
