Good for your daughter to consider UWC. But I do hope she (and you) do understand what UWC education is all about. It is more than just IB.
Out of  17 UWC colleges, for students who have higher expectation on their academic result and final university destination, Li Po Chun  (HK) and Adriatic (Italy) are little better choices. After all, Atlantic College (UK) is also a good school.

Thx manning. Not as much as my daughter who has yearned for overseas education. She has good command of english and has a top high score on the entry test. She has had average above score on other elective subjects and has a quited interests on arts and ballet. So she at the moment, targeted as an art therapist as her career to help the unfortunates. Yet i am now thinking between Atlantic or LPC best suited her. From my recent serch on wiki on AC, the college focus on services, hust dont kniw what it means and appeal for advice here

"AC, the college focus on services" - All UWC colleges are very focus on service (eg. community services, leadership activity). As I said, UWC education is more than just IB. They do emphasize heavily on the learning experience through services and international cultural interaction. Students have to put a lot of time and effort to do it, besides normal teaching classes and IB projects. Majority of them do enjoy the 2 years experience very much in any one of the UWC colleges, don't worry. But some students (and their parents) do feel regret after joining, because they feel too stressful and not enough time to "study".

Anyway, since she would has already submitted her application form with priority filled, not much you can do about the college choice now. Good luck to her application and interview.

Depends on what you value more. LPC may have better academic results but AC (UK) will give her a more unique experience. The majority of students in LPC are local Chinese students whereas AC (UK) has a more even distribution of international students and will give their students more of a global view.

Direct entry to LPC and offer accepted with scholarship. 25 August will kick start her new chapter. Has has much expectations.

我仔有考選US. 但應該係佢國際視野唔夠，3nd in 國際問題答唔好

only LPC applied. As u said, it's too late to include UK  though have tried to amend. it's my fault that wrongly interpret the rule of the game. As far as I know, have picked three to UK and two to US this year
