For the ‘briefing’, to my surprise, it was only the vice principal to talk to our son and ourselves only to explain the documents which we need to apply and the school culture etc. I really appreciate the vice principal who is very nice and frank. I believe he did also talk to each successful applicant’s parents individually recently.

As I heard, the school needs to submit some registration list to EDB by around mid Apr. So by natural guess the successful applicants for 3/3 round will be called shortly after Easter holiday the latest. Btw it seems DB has a number of different ‘queues’ to select candidates with different skill sets, it can be hard to predict exactly when can receive their call. For my son’s example, after mid Jan interview, wait and wait, and then suddenly received the good news.

曹副校好好人，不過DBS一年收幾十個新生，佢應該唔會逐個單獨接見。Welcome to DBS!

之後仲有幾日要返學校，又有bridging summer school，記得八月尾要留港，因為有入學禮，唔去要寫信俾校長解釋。

唔使訂校服，正常款白裇衫，灰西褲，只需要到tuck shop買定校呔校章，因為學生相要打校呔影，同埋入學禮要著長䄂裇衫。PE衫分咗house之後學校買。如果阿仔唔夠高去金輪買校服，夠高就G2000。
