請問點計到57%?

今年225人於sjs 有at least kinder priority, sjs 只有150個位。咁NR 和siblings 每年約有50個， 佢地99.9%收梗，咁只有100 個位給餘下只有kinder priority 的175人分。

225 係今年的數字，sjs 開year one admission talk 時公開的，即係俾心理準備大家，有咁多人有kinder priority , 得咁少位。

其實間間esf 各有各好，sjs 太多hk or Chinese , facility 又唔得。cwb 多外國人，facility 好d，kjs不用說吧。bh 係細d。


想清楚，報sjs 的risk 好大，我地冇得搬就冇辦法

oh 仲有一個問題,見你地話sjs 老師會去k 度睇學生表現, 咁佢地會淨係去wks 定其他k 都會去? 定係apply 左sjs之後, 佢地見喺其他k 都有applicants 都會去睇?

If you're going to move to increase your chances with ESF, move to HK Island.
SJS's catchment is huge and statistically speaking the most competitive, so purposely moving to SJS's catchment could be a wrong move, unless you're only interested in SJS and no other school under the ESF umbrella.

Basically if you are from ESF kinder and your catchment zone is on HKI, the success rate is 100%, even many non ESF kids can get offer here.

sjs is only one of the reasons for moving to shatin, some other peronsal reasons like family is also living there, etc. SJS may be the catalyst indeed.

Sounds like SJS is more competitive than I can imagine..lol

其實年年幾間foundation school 條數都係差唔多，但最後都有過九成幼稚園生入返foundation school / RC/ DC... 個waiting no 去得幾快，reject 另計。

oh ya thx..but just dun quite understand the mechanism if they need to visit all ESF Kindies, thats a lot of work

今年校長話只有50个sibling + NR？我們那年有70+的siblings 剩番70+比K生

Yeah all kindies’ kids who applied, including everyone in the reserved list.

i just checked on SJS comments previously, but having checked on KJS's, it also sounds difficult

This year, even some kindie kids could not get on the KJS reserved list (no interview given) due to a large number of applicants in KJS catchment with sibling/alumni priority.
