You meant your son going to finish year 1 and wanted to change to other universities? He can either
1) applying year 1 by using his A-Level result, like a normal UCAS application or
2) applying year 2, if that new university recognizing his year 1 program credit. Need to ask and apply individual university, not through UCAS.
