For me, I buy these for my son, who will be P1 this Sep:

(1) Oxford Elementary Learner's English-Chinese  Dictionary

(2) 朗文初級中文新詞典

I bought this for my K3 boy, it's very good and he likes to use it a lot: 商務學生詞典(編者盛九疇 , 杜功樂 ).  Now his P1 booklist has got this also.  I have several children's English dictionaries but I am still looking for something better.
