對，大學學位加左咁多，平均學生質素一定跌。中學讀少一年，大學多一年，一定有D野轉到大學教。

3322係最低要求，大學可收可不收3322生。正如英國A level 可能最低入學要求係三科A-levek 合格，甚至没有國家定立最低要求，但三科A-levek 合格，入不到牛津的。牛津不會說三科A-levek 合格為最低入大學資格，害死牛津的，尤如揸支槍指着頭。

究竟大學為何咁淒涼呢？

以大學理工科目收生，A-Level果三科就係大學校長想學生讀果三科！

我估牛津數學係唔會收 A-Level English Literature、Chinese、Music 都 A* 咗的學生掛！

當年特首還是出自公務員體系，問責官員來自五湖四海，初嚟步到都要做吓樣，到上一任才搞到政府烏煙瘴氣！
