買二手鋼琴一問...請問值唔值呢?

我個女教琴老師想賣了部Yahama U3,賣HK21,800.部琴都幾耐.老師就話十多年,但我諗都有二十多年.因為腳踏及旁邊不是溜線型.Serial no.我就未知.但佢成日用黎教琴.之前我個女彈,有個key彈唔返上黎.唔知係咪潮濕
因為成二萬有多.各位媽咪,請問值唔值得買呢?

我有個同事租了一部yamaha U2
月租$300，要租半年，按金$2000
車費運輸自己出，但送一次調琴，
部琴雖然不算新，但音質唔錯，
她囝囝才三歲多，如果遲d唔學，
都唔會咁傷，如果要買返部琴，
租金一半可以退回，
想知多d可pm給我

U2 算起來至少20年沒有生產
即是說最新的也有20年了

兩年 $7200
已經足夠買起這部琴有多
還甚麼只值一半? 而且又要付錢搬運

Can anyone advise the 2nd hand price for Yamaha U3 model which was used for 30 years ?  

Pls advise how to check the 2nd hand piano.  What important parts of the piano should be checked.

From my experience, a 30 years+ Yamaha U3 should NOT be more than $5K. But unfortunely, most 琴倉 / 2nd hand piano shop will sell them at over $20K and claimed that's already 50% off then the total new price.

The most important part in fact is the back-wood & the movement of the keyboard. Other than these 2, changing strings or repair of pedals are not that much.

2) the age of the piano could be checked from its serial number
3) usually a display model will be sold after 1-2 years, with its 70 - 80% to its normal price, but not 50% or less.
4) outlook is nothing for piano, you could also do those simple polishing work.
5) you mean you have listened to the piano? Do you really understand what's good sounding from piano? or just it SEEMS to be good?

I do not comment further, since many people are cheating in the world, and of course, no cheating will be no business.

Again, a U3 doesn't mean it's good. Personally I don't like Yamaha.

Do u know where is the source of U3 from piano store. Is it really a display piano, otherwise may be a user sold their U3 piano after used for so many years. If so, how much it worth?
