1 yr Intensive English Program by ESF

Does anyone receive invitation by Island school to their English program for whose English level is below for the admission and failed from the interview? According to their statement, they will provide intensive and expert instruction in English for one year that would allow them to join the mainstream programme successfully in August 2018.

Is that they will offer u a place for 2018 Y2 or need to apply again?

What I know is, if student can pass and complete their 1 yr english program, school will offer a place in year 8 for 2018 and no need to re-apply. This English program is only offering to Year 7 students who had failed from the interview.

May I know if the english class take place on weekends or after school starting from August 2017? Is the offer for year 8 in year 2018 August provided the english improves?
Sorry for the questions as have never heard of this "conditional offer"
