I can confirm this is true. My daughter is in K2 right now. She and at least 5 other students in her class will go straight to ESF primary Year 1 next year.
I cannot speak for St Cat, but as a mom of a daughter who has been there for two year, I do believe Victoria offers a great and extensive curriculum, My daughter can converse fluently in English, Cantonese and English. And I think their curriculum is just right - not overly hard or easy.
