My son has been taking swimming class with Hoi Tin at St. Paul Causeway Bay for about a year now. I think it's alright. It also depends on which teachers and how many students in that class. To me, I like the environment at St. Paul. I think you can go and have a look yourself to see which one suits you. One more thing, if your child is a beginner, be aware that the first half a year you may not see much progress for your child's swimming skill.
