Uff... Sorry.  Please accept my apologies for misunderstanding.  As I was very panic since Nov last year till now, I understood how desperate some parents are, I just wanted to encourage parents not to give up no matter what.  I scare I had brought wrong messages to others.  I sincerely wish every parents and kids finally get offer from whichever school they want.  Good luck everyone.

算啦，唉，我喺度諗，無論什麼原因落第，成王敗寇，唔怪得人地睇小我，事實上真係自己小朋友又真係無人地仔女咁叻咁爭氣有一個甚至兩個offer。我自問做到十足，落得三間waitlist。無眼睇，跟住兩年求其出面邊間收就讀住先。我呢兩日睇過英國最早七歲可以讀寄宿學校，全屋人因為佢家嘈屋閉，走佐當放過大家，以後就睇佢自己造化。

我記得之前在其他帖讀過你的回覆，對孩子都是好耐心教導的，為何忽然變成這樣？

ESF & RC均有waiting offer, 你的情況應該不至太差，而且還有其他IS backup?

要孩子七歲就過英國寄宿？晦氣說話吧？！妥善照顧自己的心情，放下執著、重新上路。

當初為小朋友選擇ESF，是希望大家也可在較少壓力的環境下讀書，現在反而要到處找學校，轉回傳統幼稚園又難適應的難處，我也是當事人真的很明白，傷心了幾日，反問自己是否當初的決定害了囝仔！但試問一個四、五歲的小孩真的現在可知道他/她的能力和將來成功與否嗎？他們可能只當大人眼中的interview是玩耍吧了！所以我覺得不要怪責他們了，他們也是無辜的！我們作為他們的父母自問已盡了最大的努力培養他們，只有盡力調整自己的心態，做個好旁樣給他們，遇到困難盡自己能力克服吧！讓我們這裡所有waiting或reject的父母互相支持和努力吧！大家加油！

不要誤會, 就算沒offer, 我不敢埋怨ESF TC, 亦不會埋怨小朋友做得不好, 由於自己孩子是12月中細B, 有幸得ES ...

Your efforts are rewarded. It seems RC does not prefer younger kids and your child must have been superb at the interview. May I know if your kid has sibling or any other priority?

強力建議去隔離舖特殊寶寶睇吓「自閉寶寶」、「過動寶寶」、「唐氏寶寶」各位爸媽寫自己孩子的問題，貴公子已比這些孩子優勝很多。

雖比上不足，但比下絕對有餘。特殊寶寶的父母也為了孩子付出很多很多，但對孩子絕不放棄。

愛恩斯坦被喻為世上最聰明的人之一，小時讀書也被學校踢出校，幸家人並未對他放棄，反而給他鼓勵及空間發展，世界亦因此而改變。

果個係佢爸爸，佢一直讚美同支持小朋友，用好自由的方式教導，但可能一直唔嚴格指出問題，出事時就無得補救。我個仔好開朗同幾聰明，會讀車站路線圖自學中文，就係因為佢咁精靈而落敗，我地先更加難過。大家share 返有用資料啦，唔想騎劫個post..

I think you will get an offer at last as many of ESF kids are holding two offers now, like my son's class, at least 15kids are holding two offers and around 10 already confirmed will release RC offer as they chose SJS or KJS.
Seems many parents prefer to go to foundation school at last.
I am still struggling in both schools as they got advantages each other.

我相信我們大部分學生家長應該冇local school個邊咁自私兩邊都交留位費拖到開學前先决定吧

Our parents knows the place is important for every ESF kid, so we must make decision before 24/2

RC doesn't disclose position or number on waitlist. I was told RC normally over-offer.
For example, 40 children declined the offers, it does not create 40 seats for RC to go down the wait list.  Until it passes the deadline and they are able to review the overall number, they do not have any seat available for even the first child on the wait list. Guess my son has a slim chance for RC as it is different from other ESF schools.

Even our kid did have ups and downs in life , we still need to be positive parents and never blame anybody.

A harmonious family atmosphere is important for your kid, you and your husband !

Hope you don't mind I speak the true feeling , your strong reaction and negative mind scare many of us and I can imagine both of your kid and husband might be upset by your strong reaction

以我所知，我仔幼稚園下午班有最少六、七個會放棄SJS揀RC，仍未計上午班，所以你有很大機會，真的不用太擔心

RC的中學校長馬上會去shatin college了，而rc新校長不太了解

SJS未必讀，一直RC先係首選
