After many messages back and forth, I've started to realize something quite interesting:
1) we can't say, "some people dislike "South Asian students" at TSL." This is definitely racial discrimination.
2) we can't say, "some people like "South Asian students" at TSL (a lot)." This is implicit racial discrimination.
3) we can't say, "there are "South Asian students" at TSL." Wrong, this is totally wrong. There are also other ethnic groups at TSL, why do you focus on this particular ethnic group? Implicit racial discrimination again.
I reckon that what we CAN say is that TSL has better facilities than APS and that TSL provides a better english speaking environment for the students.
