真的嗎？原來是這樣的......我相信只有同時擁有SPCC & DBS offer 的家庭，才需要作出掙扎，或者才有機會放棄DBS. 相信機會似乎也是不多的......

Honestly not so many kids will give up but I think there should be few cases e.g.
+ More than one offers from 神校
+ offer from international schools
+ Others (e.g. immigration, money consideration, location, etc.)
