大家加油!
最近睇到大家留言,令我諗起我女舊年考K1...
我女10月細B, 個樣醒目, 學嘢快,說話能力OK, 我覺得不比大B弱...
舊年IN 10 間,  連續收9間waiting or reject, 包括IN得好0既學校都冇OFFER, 反而朋友0既小朋友(大B)IN得唔好但都有Offer, 連其他細B同學/朋友都有一兩個Offer 0係手..... 個心真係灰到爆! 不禁諗自己好似高估咗自己個女, 懷疑自己小朋友能力.最壞打算係升讀番原本間學校K1, 下一年再報做大大B...
9個失望之後, 第10間都打定輸數...但竟然出現奇蹟, 最喜歡0個間竟然收咗我女...
我女依家讀得好開心, 老師話我女都跟得上; 同埋我留意到呢間學校0既學生(+家長)都係差不多類型...
有經驗0既學校同老師自有佢一套揀學生0既方法同原則, 揀0岩佢0地學校0既小朋友...
所以就算冇offer, 並唔係小朋友唔叻, 只係唔合適(或者家長唔合適)而已...
祝大家小朋友都去到一間0岩0既學校

日後家長都要放好多心機去教 ...

Agree.... i think what's the parents like, then u will know how's the kids will be like...... as we are their life time teachers (and first teachers), so we have to act as a role model at the first beginning...

I think one of the key things is .... their first teacher is good..... as this will affect their learning attitude....

Wish all the best for our kids.....

My gal also a big b..... i am scare that i have no offer too...... (the worst case is to stay at the current school which we are fine with that as she is very happy studying there), but i have to remind myself..... if there is no offer this year, not because she is not good enough, it is because this is a "yuen fun" game only......

Well said,  絕對認同係有得揀的 人生漫漫長路，咁細個識得interview 答問題已經好叻，大家一齊為我地嘅小朋友加油 :)

Agree..... even we go for the job interview, we might be so scare and donno what to do/say.....

so we have to praise our kids.... haha

當然明白，even唔係最心儀那間也會在臨近的日子開始不安同心急，所以當知道結果後要識調整自己心態，向前望，如果唔係，考小一仲顛

SC KV 學生，一樣可以 apply 20 reject 18 waiting list 2,無錯，係直接reject,沒有waiting 是常態

好難比specific example 但小一又要報名又要因應唔同學校整portfolio 每間都2-4round interviews , then compare to kindergarten, is it more crazy ?

所以家長心態好重要，一定要自己去做research and choose the suitable courses or schools for our kids, 唔去人做我做
努力，我都好努力學習緊！
