朋友第二日2nd ln，昨收信早我一日3rd in。據說是跟2nd ln分數排次序的。

the letter said offers will be notified before feb..does that mean sscps will release offers in one batch? if so how come the debentute queue has offers already? or they will release offers bit by bit by various batch while carrying on 3rd in?

Debenture holders are at different q, their offer won't affect non debenture/ related family. That's y they are being informed earlier.

小朋友不用答問題，只需要表現安靜、有禮就得。可以睇書、畫畫。

Thanks for your advice. I thought kids just need to sit between parents during 3rd interview? So they draw or red while sitting there?

Yes, kids read their own books (I bring 4 books for my kid) or draw their own picture during the interview. Of course, some kids can sit still throughout the whole interview (really amazing!)
