They accept children from different nationality, including HK based.

我個女喺sis PY1 讀到P4, 今年轉去另一間國際學校，Sis 真係一間好好嘅學校，活動教學得黎係好谷的，同學之間鬥心亦好強，真係要好睇個小朋友是否適合。

May I ask if there are any 'big b' ie, kids born in the previous year in Sept-Dec in PY1/PY2?  Thanks!!

Yes.  There are Big Bs.  My son's classmate was born in Oct of an earlier year.
