Do you think they would group similar age babies to interview Arround the same time so they can really compare each to choose? Or just base on how fast the application was submitted which the application number would already decide that?

No, your interview time would be based on your application number, which is more or less related to your submission date. However, there're gonna be soooo many ppl on the interview dates, and you'll be interviewing with those candidates arriving the campus at the same time, though they may not have the same assigned interview time as you do. I'll say it's pretty much random.

almost 100% could be promoted.  I never heard any failure case.
