讀中大science前途真係甘差咩?

話說我女今年升大學二年級,佢今年Major係讀細胞及分子學.老實講,阿女自己一早都知將來出路係比較窄既.我尋日見到我妹夫傾開計,佢都話讀呢科無乜出路喎.甘我話係佢興趣都無辦法.反正將來又未必做番呢行.純粹呻下.

見有人討論過，相似情況有個考入台讀医，有人轉科，也有人去咗理工神科。

出路多元化，入大公司/大學science可,藥sales,政府漁農，環保，朋友孩子中大讀極冷門科入咗政府做主任，同上中大實力有保証。

If you are mediocre, you will have a hard time competing for a job anywhere.
If you are able to be some of the top ones, you will have no problem finding a decent job, as there are definitely much more opportunities.

做research?佢直頭想啦,佢不知幾想出走出香港,成日都話外國先看重科研.

Good.
Ask her to work real hard. Get really good GPA.
Then she can go to the US for master's.
Cell and molecular biology?
She will have lots of opportunity.
CUHK students have no problem with fitting in the US university system.
Good luck and add oil.
