At the park, somebody took your kids toy to play, what would you act?

Very often, I went out to the park with my kids, the other kids like to take my son's toys to play, without asking and not willing to return, which upset my kid very badly. Most likely I will let him resolve by himself, but as you know some of the kids do not have the manner at all!
What would you do? Any good advice?

My almost 3-year-old boy was not willing to share his bike with others though the kid asked politely. I would tell the kid my boy is not ready to lend his toy out at the moment. I will talk to him and see if he would change his mind later. But I won't force him to share with someone he doesn't know.

My boy likes to share his toy and lend to the others, but the other most likely never return back to him, and really upset him.

Ask the supervising person to take responsibility for the young lender, and take note of the person's mobile phone.  If in doubt, may not sound nice, but ask for a "deposit"; or no play.
