一定有人答你有錢就得，不如我答你。除錢以外，個人修養最重要，基本語言能力亦重要，academic 反而不需太 focus，有一樣項目突出都會加分。
上 youtube 或 search web 都會知校長要求的！
難入就一定，但又不至於非常難，家長們要很早就有預備呢！

好同意! 家長個人修養真係好重要, 我遇到既家長都係有禮貌, 低調. 雖然係EK 有好多人好鍾意對學校扣帽子又會有失實說法, 但現任家長都能繼續保持修養拒絕對罵 另外, 面試會着重小朋友語言能力, 禮貌同埋日常家庭生活等.

My kid will also go to P1 in coming sept.  But just met my fd yesterday, his daugther was in P4, will transfer out of st stephen becoz they think the academic level is not good enough..... any additional comment on academic level of st stephen?

Some will leave the school in P4 or P5, but some will move in, it is so common!In the very beginning, this school is not just emphasis in academic, its an all rounded school. If parents concern academic intensively, this school may not be their first choice, the value is different to all of us.
We believe all students in SSCPS enjoy a happy balanced school life with good result in every aspect.

My kid is at P1 and my friend's boy & girls are at P2 & P4, we all feel satisfied about the academic level. As per other parents who have elder kids at upper level also think that the academic level was harder than a few years earlier especially on Chinese subject (compare P1 nowadays with a few year earlier). So some non-native kids may switch to IS at P5/P6. But of course different parents have different expectation, just as mentioned by Newpolo, one of the core value for SSCPS is offering well balanced school life.

Thanks so much for info.  I applied St Stephen also becoz it's balanced school life and also excellent language exposure.  However I just received called from a local traditional school which probably focus more on academic side.  So now I am a bit headache on which school to choose.

Hi Bmwbobo, I think you are confused with SSCPS not focus on academic, SSCPS is (not just) focus on academic but others are important too. Most of the students score high in many academic subjects. Why many parents with elite child choose SSCPS? They don't want the kids as well as parents are in a very high pressure competitive environment, and few homeworks as well. Tell you an open secrete, I learnt that SSCPS has joined TSA years ago, not many parents know because the school do not promote nor any exercise for preparation, the result is excellent at all.
