Thanks Simonlawht2 ！ 另外想請問如SAT 數學成績考得不好但英文考到700分以上也會被錄取？英文只是考reading 不用考writing ? 如不足13歲、考試表格不是向CTY 索取嗎？因為考試好像要在CTY 註冊然後選擇考試纇別，如SAT ,ACT....
還有想請教如考不到700分以上入不了SET program ，還可以用所得的考試分數報CTY 其它的summer programs 嗎？

是的, 但數學分數也不要太低。

2.  英文只是考reading 不用考writing ?

三年前我的小朋友要考writing, 但SAT轉了考試模式後, 我不曉得要否考Writing, 請跟Johns Hopkins 工作人員聯絡。 (我知道現時12年級學生在新制SAT可以選擇不用考Writing, 但我堅持要小朋友在未來時間要考, 在美國很多大學仍要看Writing成績。)

其實小朋友是英文比較專長並不是數學。請問你小朋友有否考到SET?700分上是數學加英文合起來𨗴是單一科目要有700分上。如單一科目便差不多要拿满分。

如數學不是資優是不是不建議報SET? 他除了英文科外還有biology 比較專長。但他最喜歡的都是英文科其實現在是想報讀暑期課程是對他升讀美國好的boarding school 或大學有幫助。

如你兒子在其他方面是資優也強烈建議報SET, 如他能考上, 他可按照他的專長參加不同的研討會, 不一定只有數理比較強才報SET。
