想申請U scholarships ，但。。?

在deadline 之前申請，但孩子未决定，咁申請就代表一定入讀?要交留位費?內容如下
You may be aware that each year International Recruitment offers a number of International Scholarships to high quality international students (overseas fee payers) on taught degree programmes .

These scholarships are open to all new full-time applicants on undergraduate degree programmes assessed as paying fees at the overseas rate from any country.

The International Scholarship, which is worth £x000 per academic year, will be offered for each year of study  subject to satisfactory attendance and performance.

  You are very welcome to circulate the link to any friends or family members who are considering applying for a course .

The closing date for applications is 31 May 2016. In order to be eligible and considered for the International Scholarship, as an undergraduate student, you must have been offered a conditional place (as a minimum) and have firmly accepted this before the deadline date.

冇話要交留位費，一日未出成績，都唔駛交學費，唔太麻煩的話，比我申請左至算。
