is not a guaranteed they can offer u a spot and you only need to pay once you applied and passed the interview...

如果想一定有面試機會才需考慮，因為就算有NR，若面試表現不理想、英語能力未達都無用。

好似係先比$50,000以換取面試機會， 面試成功先要比尾數；如無offer會退回先前比的$50,000

咁如果先比左5萬，要幾個月後先有機會interview, 而當時第二間又有offer, 咁個5萬可唔可以退返呢？即係唔等唔in 的話

我估有啦。尺如果佢interview左話收了你比左50萬，之後都冇得退架。

You can instruct your child to behave badly during the interview, so he/she would fail it and you'll be refunded the $50k initial deposit.

True.  A friend asked her son to keep silent all the way through the interview and pretend that he did not speak any English.  She did get the $50,000 refunded.

雖則都係，但好難控制佢，萬一佢傻豬照答齊就 呢個case 都係假設性！
都未必有咁好運啦有咁多offer
但如果係in 前想cancel 呢？有無得要求取消個application 而refund 呢？

I paid 2 years ago and tried to cancel the application but the Admission Office replied that they would not refund the HK$50k unless they do not give you an offer.

即係中途你想取消而退款都唔得呀？
咁即係話一寫左張票sent out, 就已經不能退回，是嗎？
可否講最後你有沒有interview ，小朋友友有沒有入讀呀？

We got an offer from another school before the interview so we wrote and asked whether we could withdrew the application. Answer was no. So we went to the interview. My son got the offer so the 50k was forfeited.
