Actually, a new season for mini Rugby will start in end of May or early June.
There is many mini Rugby club in Hong Kong.
Some of them have more foreigner player and some of them are mainly local child.
Girls can play rugby and when they are below 8, most of them will have joint training with boys.

Any large sportswear shop will have.
For rugby play on real grassland, please buy the one has plastic "nail" rather than aluminium "nail" or flat bottom.
