我見到各位mama都好有興趣，真係好鬼開心。我自己就唔係mama，但係打欖球的女仔。
我自己有打非碰撞式同碰撞式的rugby，其實非碰撞式受傷的機會真係微，所以各位mama可以放心。

其實有些新丁媽媽都俾了大部份資料俾你地，大部份都可以上欖總到睇到，因為各區都有唔同球會，但大部份都係星期日上午練習。我知各位mama都想有多些資料或者有報名表先俾小朋友去玩，但大部份欖球會都非常歡迎你地些小朋友即場去玩，當然可以打俾各球會的負責人，佢地一地可以解答你ka﹗

其實我自己都係一個lv0的教練，即教小朋友的教練(我地教係冇錢收ka...)，但各位mama其實都可以自己考返個牌，自己一邊學同小朋友一齊學係開心好多，溝通亦都多好多。大部份球會由小朋友到青年都係有連續性，如果時間許可，俾小朋友由細打到大，個溝通技巧同人際關係都係好好ka，因為欖球都係teamwork，冇溝通同隊友係唔可以進行，所以個人成長會有幾大的進步。

同埋以我個人為例，我自己英文唔好，但大部份欖球都有關英文同外藉的小朋友，為了溝通些英文簡直進步奇多.........欖總亦有很多資源俾各青少年，幾百蚊一年就有成套衫，亦可以俾讓有益身心的活動俾小朋友，其實真係唔錯。

你可以當我賣廣告，因為我都係想推廣呢樣運動，我而家廿幾歲仲一個星期練幾晚波，因為呢樣運動係俾我好多得著，唔係讀書同學校可以俾到我，希望你地都可以俾你小朋友參加。有咩問題可以問我，我會盡可能答你地ka~
